AI Secretary is an AI-powered assistant that operators connect to their WhatsApp Business number and Google Calendar. When a client sends a message, the assistant answers within the operator's business scope, checks calendar availability through the Google Calendar API, and — with the client's confirmation — creates the appointment as a real event in the operator's calendar.
How AI Secretary uses your Google account data
AI Secretary requests access to your Google Calendar so it can do two things on your behalf: read your existing events to work out which time slots are genuinely free, and create, reschedule, or cancel appointments that your clients confirm in chat. We request no other Google data — no Gmail, no Contacts, no Drive. Calendar data is used only to answer availability questions and manage your bookings; it is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models. You can disconnect the calendar at any time.
