Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
By creating an AI Secretary account and connecting a messaging channel or calendar to our service, you agree to these terms.
The service
AI Secretary is an AI-powered assistant that receives messages from your clients on supported channels and, on your behalf, answers within the business scope you configure and books meetings on your Google Calendar. The service is provided as-is; we do our best but do not guarantee that every reply the assistant produces will be correct, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for the content of the business description that shapes those replies.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep your account credentials secure.
- Ensure that using the assistant to reply to your clients complies with the terms of the channels you connect (e.g. WhatsApp Business Policy) and with laws that apply to you.
- Do not use the service to send spam, illegal content, or content that violates a channel's policies.
Google user data
When you connect Google Calendar, we act only within the scope you grant on the consent screen. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling terms.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, cause repeated policy violations from connected channels, or that we are legally required to shut down. You can close your account at any time by emailing info@aisecretary.bot.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced by email to the address on your account.
